Karen is the founder of DiVerseConsulting, established in 2022, and brings over 15 years of experience in International Marketing and Communication within the sports and luxury industries, spanning both agency and corporate roles.
A passionate advocate for gender equality, Karen has served on the Board of PWN Zug & Zurich and actively supports initiatives that empower women and advance equity. As a mother of two biracial boys and part of a multicultural family representing four nationalities, Karen combines her lived experience with professional expertise to help businesses and leaders build inclusive cultures that prioritise equity and diversity.
Karen transitioned her career in 2016, aligning her professional skills with her purpose to make workplaces – and the world – more equal and inclusive for all. For her, this requires diverse leaders with a high level of cultural intelligence as a signature trait for inclusive leadership.
